Masi was great, but Sears should not have scheduled our appointment for 8am-noon. That was totally unrealistic - he didn't arrive until nearly 6 pm! Sears needs to work on improving scheduling.

Anthony did a great job! Was up front with time of arrival and quickly got to work fixing my oven. Anthony is very personable and efficient at getting it fixed even when confronted with a stripped screw. Would highly recommend!
