Problem is worse than before
Second time to try and repair the dishwasher. Did not seem to understand he'd been out once already and said he'd have to rest a part - which he hadn't, then couldn't figure out if the dishwasher was still made. Now in addition to the error the pump is making sounds so I turned the breaker off. You are going to kill this dishwasher with the lack of ability to fix it.

Not worth $129 plus tax
Did not really talk much. Said he couldn't get everything needed. Quoted very high price and left I waited all last week and Monday. Finally showed up this morning.

Installed part, left before troubleshooting part
Technician arrived, installed part and left before dishwasher finished cycle. 3 minutes after dishwasher started, it stopped and same error occurred. The dishwasher was not fixed at all. I have been waiting for service since my original appointment 7 days ago. That appointment was cancelled because technician arrived without the part that was supposed to fix issue. I originally had this appointment set for 10 June and it is still not fixed. I attempted to contact technician via calling and texting on same number he called me from last week as his van was driving away No luck with contact. Technician was pleasant and hard working. Just upset that this is the second visit and nothing has been fixed.

DO NOT use this company!
Humberto was courteous and pleasant. The company service however was horrendous. No diagnosis was given. He was unable to identify the cause of the leak. Bosch subsequently came out, diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. They repaired the machine and it continues working fine. The BIG complaint is that the company has promised a non-existent refund. After 4 similar calls, although promising a refund, I have not seen it yet. Looking at BBB, there are thousands of similar complaints.

YOU DID NOT SHOW UP
You did NOT show. We were home all day waiting. Going outside everytime we heard a car/truck. Your time frame was 8am-1pm. It is 2:45pm and when I checked the website, it said you were delayed. But you didn't ever come and trying to speak with any customer service, I was getting caught in the loop being directed to the same call center. You told American Home Shield we were a no show. This will be reported to BBB. American Home Shield and Sears is a scam.

Unreliable service
I have had 10 appointments set up with this person claims that he shows up closes my case and never arrives to date! I am now going on my 13th appointment and requesting a new technician. Let's see what happens. Stay posted.!

Charged me and didn't fix anything
The repair guy said he couldn't get my dishwasher out and he said I also don't have parts for it. He left and charged me $130.

Repair was not completed
Technician was not able identify the root cause of the problem and not able to resolve the issue. Error code came back after the technician left.
