very bad experience
Isaiah E came to the follow up appointment. Part were ordered by my initial tech Shane who diagnosed my microwave and ordered parts. Shane ordered magnetron, thermostat, fuse, and capacitor to be replaced. Isaiah came and decided to ignored Shane's diagnosis and said only fuse needs to be replaced. Even after I asked him multiple times he claimed other parts does not need to be replaced. Again, he only replaced fuse and send back the other parts. Couple weeks later microwave shorted sparks went and the entire microwave burnt. If Isiah would replace all ordered parts that would have never happed. Another tech came back to 4th follow up appointment said I will receive a replacement. I never did! Beware of this terrible appliance service as they will damage and leave you with high replacement bill.

Friendly, but damaged my dishwasher while fixing it
I had an overall bad experience with Sears when repairing my dishwasher. They were hired to replace a bad circulation pump/heater. First, the company they contract the work out to is awful. They made numerous appointments that I confirmed, but they didn't show up. Then, when they did show up, the technician intentionally broke the leveling leg off my dishwasher using a metal rod and a hammer. He tried to hide it, but I caught him. He told me to either let him replace the pump he was hired to fix and ignore the damage he caused or he would just refund my money and leave me with a dishwasher that was more broken than when he started. I insisted that he fix it. His supervisor agreed to have him replace the leg. He put the dishwasher back and we made a new appointment to fix it. As he was leaving he told me not to turn on the dishwasher because it would leak. That was because he decided not to put the pump in and left the water hooked up to the unit. I protested, but he left anyway. No one showed up to fix it on the agreed upon day. I rescheduled a few more times. They confirmed the appointment but no one showed up. I demanded my money back and they finally sent someone out. The same guy came. He replaced the leveling leg, but said it was still broken and wouldn't work correctly. He then replaced the pump. When testing the dishwasher the door made a loud popping sound. He insisted that was a quick easy fix. We'll, he didn't. Now the dishwasher door can't be fully opened. Not knowing that, I asked for a discount for the inconvenience associated with all no shows (seriously they didn't show at least 10 times). His supervisor kept ducking the request. So the technician had stay for more than an extra hour waiting for her to reply. It was a scam. She just figured I would let him leave and forget about the discount. By far the worst experience I've ever had. I think Sears should replace the entire dishwasher.

Damaged my cabinets
This was the second attempt to get the dishwasher fixed. The first repair person installed a new drain incorrectly when he finally showed back up (waited a full day without any notice he was not coming). Left without testing it. Jim got the dishwasher running but but it back into the cabinet incorrectly. Splintered the cahinet and tried to "fix it"by placing a large screw in the face of the cabinet. Also seems to have bent the brackets that hold the dishwasher in place and left a huge gap between the top of the appliance and the underside of the counter.

Fixed one thing but left us with another problem
Victor fixed the dishwasher problem as far as I can tell and left, but then when I went to wash my hands there was no water pressure. So now we are waiting for a new person to come out and fix whatever Victor did not finish when he fixed the dishwasher. This has been extremely frustrating since we had to wait 5-6 days just to get an appointment and now we are again waiting.

Scratch
Repair went fine but when he pulled out dishwasher he has scratched my hardwood floors. I would like someone to contact me and I will give before and after pictures.

unprofessional experience
I am sorry to write this but the service I got from Albert was poor and unprofessional. He may fixed one problem but created a new one. when I pointed out that the display isn't working well as it was before his visit he first tried to convince me It is ok but then mumbled something about that he isn't going to fix it now because if he does all will fall apart and I will need to get a new dishwasher. I insisted on knowing what does he plan to do and he just ignored me and rushed out of the house saying something about ordering parts and call me. I have been waiting for weeks for this appointment and I am extremely disappointed.

Rude technician
Right from the start, the technician was rude. He wanted me to sign documents on his phone but did not want to share as to what he wanted me to sign. Later he went out of the house to have a secretive call and then left with out explaining anything.

Terrible experience
your service is a scam. it's been weeks since i was told i would get a replacement dishwasher and i was just scheduled for a "re-diagnosis" because the tech purportedly did not fill out the form correctly. This is insane - you take our money and do nothing but cause stress and aggravation and take 8 weeks and counting to do what you are contractually bound to do.

"You have suds, you need a new dishwasher "
Just looked up my machine on line, turned it on Then stated after a few minutes "You have suds" It will over flow with suds ME: It floods our floor about 1/2 through the cycle. EDWARD: Then you should buy a new machine. Ok. I will charge you......

Poor Service
The technician scratched the front screen on our range. I asked him if he used anything to protect the front screen when he removed it to repair the issue. He said no. He set it on top of the burners. He then said "don't worry about it, we will replace it." Then, he tried to change his story and said that he did use a paper towel to protect it. Again, he said, "don't worry about it, we will replace it." Very poor attitude and service. I do not want this technician servicing our appliances in the future. Also, I would like our front screen to be replaced.
