Not much help
I was told that I should not wash any sheets or blankets because it is considered a large load. The advice I was given was to take those to a laundry mat. So I guess purchasing a washing machine to do your laundry at home is a pipe dream, and I should not wash more than 2 jeans and a t-shirt at one time.

No one ever showed up
After initially coming to service my dishwasher I was told that a part was needed and I would have to await its arrival. The repairman then scheduled the appointment for the following week. On the date of the next appointment no one came. I called and was told I needed to schedule again. I once again scheduled the appointment. This time a repairman came, however he disassembled the dishwasher and left parts strewn about my floor after he left. More frustrating however, the dishwasher wasn't fixed. I then called again to schedule yet another appointment. Took the day off to wait, only to once again get a no call/ no show.

DRYER NOT REPAIRED
There was confusion Tech was a no show. Dryer is GE not Bosch as listed on ticket

Dish washer repair
Couldn't remember how to put dishwasher back together and then broke the part he was supposed to fix. Appears to be rushing repairs and seems very inexperienced. Did not communicate next steps very well after breaking the part.

Worst repair company
This was the first repair man to come out to look at my washer, but he did not take me seriously when I told him that it shakes violently off the ground and leaks water because it didn't do it when he ran the washer with nothing in it. So now I'm on my fifth service call to get this fixed. On the fourth service call he was there and got to see how violently my washer shakes because I caught it on video. Then he took me seriously. He could've advocated for me to my home warranty company how serious this really is and that we really need a new washer but he didn't. Instead, he just went along with what they decided to do, which was order another part that may hopefully fix it. Even once they come out for the fifth time and the second part, I'd be willing to bet it will not be able to be fixed. I am a single mom and have had to take off work five times now for this and have not had a washing machine for a month now. His company sends a different repair man out every time, so nobody has any sense of responsibility to get a job done correctly and in a timely manner. And it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone because everything goes to a prompt.

Was not able to work on the appliance
The technician sent was not able to work on the Bosch combination oven microwave appliance. He told me to call my service provider to have another technician come out.

Poor service
Did not even turn on machine to hear the problem. Said because he could not get parts - how did he know what parts were needed- just said he couldn't fix it. He got lost because he wouldn't take my directions and was past 5 pm. Would never have him fix anything if mine in the future. Would love to physically talk to someone about this issue. Don't feel I should have to pay for this terrible situation.
