I was able to get an appointment with a wait of less than 24 hours. Luis explained the situation with the dishwasher, and recommended steps going forward. Overall I think that the price was a good value.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
Saul was knowledgeable and efficient once he was here. HOWEVER, I will never use this company again. They give a NINE hour window, and do not narrow it down. In addition, for 2 out of the 4 appointments scheduled we received calls toward end of day that we were last on their list, they would not make it here that day and we would need to reschedule it. They then do not put you in cue for a more narrow window for rescheduled appointment since we had now wasted 9 hours for appointment they are rescheduling- TWICE. This practice is unacceptable and demonstrates absolutely zero concern for the customer and the customer's time. I would rate the company a ZERO.

Mike was very kind, professional and helpful. Unfortunately I was given wrong information when calling regarding the service call. I specifically asked about the parts and labor being included in the price and was told it would all be included. However, when Mike arrived he explained that labor or parts would be extra! Fortunately in this case, it couldn't be fixed as parts are no longer available. So it was just his visit to tell me essentially noting could be done! So I was only charge the visit. But would have used another service since was much lower than your charge!
