Competent Technician
I was impressed with Richard's knowledge of my oven and the possible causes of our problem. I'm happy that he did not pressure me to fix it immediately. In so doing, he gave me time to think about the next step to take with this oven. I would definitely call Sears for repair work in the future.

Stove repair
He did a great job! He had to sweep inside the oven since the cleaner we used had harden because our sweeper didn't work. Got it fixed and working. I would use him again.

Treadmill Working Great
Joshua arrived on time and checked out the machine. Lots of carpet fibers had built up behind the panel and it was vacuumed away. He did all the other maintenance checks after making sure the belt was in tip top alignment. All around great visit from a friendly professional.

John was polite and professional. He explained the issue with the washer. I declined only because the cost. Should I need another tech out to my house, I would request John.

His diagnosis of the igniter was correct. He was here a short time. The door on the washer is in the schedule for repair. Part is here. Why did your system not allow him to fix this also. Save travel time 1 hour plus and a visit.
