Utilized their online scheduling to make repair appt for my washer. Window for the techs arrival was from 8am to 5pm on the appointment date. This meant that I had to take off work. Multiple emails were received, leading up to the appointment date, asking that I confirm the date time; which I did. Unfortunately I was advised, approximately 4 hours into the service window, that the tech was not able to make it. This occurred on the original appointment date and again after I rescheduled. They offered to again reschedule but I declined. Update: Caved in and rescheduled. "Third times the charm". Service window 8 to 5. Contacted at 12:10, tech unable to make it today. I'm done
