I needed to have my washer and dryer assessed due to flooding. I contacted a local repair person who never returned my call. I called Sears Appliance Repair, and a service tech came to my home the same day. Joseph (Joe) was extremely knowledgeable about the washer and dryer and explained what he was checking. He was professional and pleasant. If necessary, I would use Sears Appliance Repair again.

The technician Rubin, he did the annual check on our dyer and washer. He did such a thorough job of checking over the dyer checking sensors, belt, vent. The washer, he gave advise on keeping the washer in prime condition, wiping down the seal every time, asking when we clean the filter. Rubin was very pleasant and cordial, no complaints about State Fair traffic.
