Joe was very knowledgeable about the problem with my dryer. He fixed it perfectly. Plus he communicated all along as the dates were being set. He ran right on schedule. I would happily have him return if another problem arose.

I have this l service 5 stars because at the end of it all, we really liked Joe. Lets talk about the shortcomings of their system though. I do not like that the visit times have a huge range, they’ll tell you 8-5pm, so I would wait all day. The second visit no one ever showed and I got an automated message at 7pm to let me know they wouldn’t be able to make it that day, which was obviously way past 5 pm. I took off work for this so this felt disrespectful. So when I met Joe, I was immediately on guard especially because he wasn’t the same person from the first visit and said he needed to make his own assessment. I’m glad he did because Joe noted the first tech missed ordering another necessary part for the dryer. And then it took nearly another two weeks to receive the last part. Joe’s down to earth kindness softened my frustration. He was knowledgeable, kept it real, and understood the frustration of the situation. He went above and beyond to share his number so on the day of we could be in communications as far as timing his arrival. He let me vacuum the insides of the dryer while he was putting it back together. He showed me how it worked and how to best maintain it. He was nice to the very end. We liked Joe and hope if we ever need to call again, we will get Joe.
