David was efficient and polite. My frustration is with your scheduling system which doesn’t allow for us clients to contact your department for status. Yesterday (Oct 16) I was confirmed for service between 8am-12pm CST. At 11:30am I was told tech would arrive at 1pm. At 1pm, a tech called to say he was 40 mins away from my home. This is now almost 2 hrs after the end of tour 4 hr commitment, and out of my available window. The service was rescheduled for today (Oct 17) again 8am-12pm. The estimated arrival was 11:30am, however at 11:36am the time was pushed back to 3:06pm. THREE hours after the originally committed time. It’s as if Sears is saying the customer’s time isn’t valuable and shows a lack of respect towards the end user. There wasn’t a phone call in advance with explanation. I was incredibly disappointed with the process and will question using Sears for future service.

I really want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the technician that came out to perform the repairs, Aaron Villarreal (technician #0745414). He was not only extremely professional, but very friendly and, most importantly, very honest when it comes to pricing and their protocols on how things are done. So much so that I even ended up purchasing Sears' home warranty program. I surely hope that for future repairs I would be able to request Aaron, specifically.

These five stars belong to Rubin. He called with an estimated arrival time on the appointment date, arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. He was personable and professional, and he explained all my options. Unfortunately there was a significant delay in receiving the necessary part, and Sears was tardy about informing me the reason for the delay. When the part did arrive, Sears scheduled an appointment to effect the repair on a date that would have been inconvenient. I was able to reschedule for a date that was actually sooner. Rubin was the technician again, and as before, was professional and personable. He was able to effect the repair, answer my questions, and offer suggestions.

Excellent service by professional, skilled technician. Sean repaired the original problem and found and repaired a problem with my agitator. Very pleased! I can keep my wonderful washer! I cleaned all of the parts he removed. I am expecting more years from my Kenmore washer.

The Technician Dallas B was awesome, I told him what was going on and he looked at the washer. The washer washed normally but I believe he went above and beyond because he did another wash cycle. Cleaned the gunk from my wash and replaced the shifter. He gave me good advice on running a wash cycle for my washer once a month so gunk doesn’t get built up.
