The service technician Cory H. Was very courteous. Before he arrived he called and assessed the issue. He listened intently while I explained my previous experience with Joseph F. And my missing part. He attempted to help me solve my issue but was unable to so he did come and order all new parts. He made sure to stay and make sure to have my follow up appointment scheduled with him once the parts arrived. He came today my washing machine is fixed. I have no complaints. It took 29 days from start to finish through no fault of his. I wish he would've showed up instead of Joseph F. It would've saved me a lot of tears of frustration and unnecessary money spent at the laundromat! Thanks CoryH for your expertise and professionalism! I very much appreciate you!
