Very polite, knowledgeable Mr Joseph showed up over a hour late for my scheduled window appointment time of 8:00 a.m. to noon and had not called to let me know that he will be late until after 1:00 when he called to let me know that he was on his way. Mr Joseph did not arrive to my home until waay after 1:30 however because he was so polite and because he was so knowledgeable about my washer and dryer I was able to overlook the fact that he was late. Mr. Joseph explained everything to me while he did diagnostic testing on both the washer and dryer explaining every thing toe while I watched. He was looking over and under and sideways 😊examining for possibilities as to why I was having the issues that I was and I appreciate that, and Mr Joseph did all of that before performed any work. He even try to work out discounts that could have help save me money. Mr. Joseph whine up servicing my dryer and it took him all of 20 minutes that's with the parts and the labor he did a great job he was kind and friendly to my dog and he cleaned up well after himself and even return the change he found in my dryer😊 he is everything. Thank you Mr. Joseph. I would recommend Sears appliance repair shop for any needs that you may have give them a call.

The tech was great. The system of scheduling and tracking the part was terrible though. I had two or three different dates of service, where I had to call Sears because I wasn't going to get a call from them. I had a nine hour window each time and had a no show each time where I had to call and find out the part hadn't been delivered. The last time I at least got a call from the tech saying he would be there in about 45 minutes and he asked if I had the part. I said no and he checked on the part. He informed me that it would get delivered to me within the next few hours. After it came he came by within the time frame and put it in. The tech was great the system terrible.

Tech showed up in the four hour time slot that was allotted, but came to the door with no tools and wanted to give me a price on a new compressor before doing any diagnostics other than looking inside and looking underneath. But all in all, turned out ok. In my opinion and i'm in a similar trade, you can't give the customer an accurate assessment without doing some kind of diagnostics which involves using TOOLS.

David went above and beyond, fixed multiple issues and identified where previous repairs had possibly fallen short. Unfortunately, two hours later we were back to having a nonfunctional refrigerator/freezer. I also had to pay $129 to have him come, despite this being the same issue (see image below). I've had multiple visits over three months and no repair has worked. I got an email stating my fridge was being recalled. I made two appointments to speak to someone and nobody ever joined either call. David was AWESOME but the system and follow up are atrocious. This is the first repair I've had and while individuals have been very nice to deal with, I'm disappointed in the overall warranty service.

Service would have been a 5 however it took about a month to get the job done. I was offered an earlier appointment which I took and then was told (after waiting from 8am to 530 pm) by my tech that he wasn't coming at all and to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule it pushed me out another two weeks. Actually getting ahold of a LIVE rep takes just as long. I had a time trying to get my microwave fixed and the customer service wasn't much better as no one had any solutions. A time was had and in the future Id book with a totally different company. In the end, my microwave finally works.
