Technician was fine, pricing model was unreasonable. 139 fee for diagnostic, with a pitch to enroll in a 700/yr protection program. After declining, provided an estimate north of $400 (parts/labor) to replace the faulty inlet valve. I was able to find OEM part and YouTube video that walked thru the repair for under $100 and an hour of my time

He wasnt customer friendly.the first thing he said before anything you got the $100 fee and i was like yes. He then told me how to submit my payment and he didnt say much of anything else.at the end he saaid its your compresser im going out to truck and reach out to choice warranty. 10 min later he was gone. He just wasnt customer friendly.

Technician did not complete the job. Never tested the unit to see if the repair worked. Advised that the unit needed to be vacuumed, but didn’t do it, left the task for us. That meant the unit was not plugged in or put back together before he left. We vacuumed and plugged it in, unit still does not work. This repair is not complete.

The technician broke one of my antiques (fortunately I was able to fix it). Then gave me a ridiculous quote. Your company is charging way too much for parts. I could've seen $400 total: labor $350, $50 for the part. But nearly $700?! When the part costs $25 from Amazon!? You are being ripped off by your suppliers and then in turn are ripping off customer!

We are super unclear on what we paid $140 for. Our tech told us it was a “trip fee”, but everything else including the appointment confirmation and receipt of payment said it was a diagnostic. He barely looked at the dryer and didn’t take it apart to confirm any further issues or repair needs. To pay $140 for someone to just come and take your word for what the problem is seems extreme. I did provide 2 stars because he was helpful in suggestions for next steps based on what we assumed the problem was. Very dissatisfied with this service and the costs.

Arrival window was 1-5. No updates until 6. My tech arrived at 6:30. Didn’t try to trouble shoot or temporarily fix the problem, instead told me it would be $1,000 for a new ice maker.

The technician was Very polite and on Time. This is the third time they came out . My refrigerator been out since October ,hope it's fixed this time.We as customers should not have to wait two weeks to get service.it has to be a better way.I will give the tech a 5.

They have come out 3 times so far (not done yet) to fix our washer. Each time saying they need to order parts. Then come back and say they need to order different parts. Then come back and did the same thing again. The technician was never the same and each one would say the other was wrong. It has been 6 weeks and still not fixed. The techs themselves are friendly.

SCAM ALERT!! They sent the dumbest “repairman” who just kept raising the quote on the repair until I agreed it was too much. Then, when I declined, he demanded payment of the call fee. I questioned the part quotes he game me based on the official GE part site. And he just kept adding parts with NO ability to explain why or what the diagnosis was (I never got one). He had NO clue! He had no tools other than a flashlight. And I did more to work out a diagnosis then he did. He just kept increasing the charge until I reached my breaking point. Maybe it was just Joe, but… Then, when I tried to protest the charge for the “service” call, the AI agent says it is not equipped to handle, there is no live agent available and the alleged online link either does not exist or is so buried that it’s useless. I grew up respecting sears, but will NEVER use again in any circumstances. I just learned a $136 lesson and wasted half an hour of my time.
