Do you like going through page after page of automated messages only to get a real person at a call center in India that will just read a script and not give you any real information? This is the place for you! We scheduled a dishwasher repair and were rescheduled 4 times. Called and worked through processes to get to a real person only to be told there are no repair technicians in our area, but then proceeded to try and reschedule us. Are you kidding? Garbage.

They charge $368 to replace door gasket seal on washer . Took repair guy hour to repair I had part. Would not use again price gouging ! Now I know why there available same day for appointments where everybody else in town is book up.
