The techs were great. They kept me informed of arrival times and they completed the job efficiently. Where Sears Appliance Repair needs work is on their customer service phone line and their pricing. You cannot reach a live person on their customer service line. There is literally no option to speak to anyone even though they say it’s staffed during normal business hours. As for pricing, their labor costs are high, but fair. Where the gouging happens is in the parts. They replaced four drum rollers on my dryer at a cost of $30 a piece. A Google search of the part number shows that you can purchase four for the cost of less than one of what Sears charges. Overall, I’m satisfied, but they need to fix their pricing on parts.

Service techs did a great job diagnosing, ordering needed parts and installing. They get 5 Stars. Ability to connect with service scheduling (Phone or LIVE text), defining a specific appointment time and SHOWING UP when they are supposed to get a MINUS 5 Stars.
