My repair tech (Tony) has been fantastic on a couple of service calls. I would give him 6 stars. He communicates well, explains all parts of the process (even when also dealing complex home warranty stuff). My only complaints come from trying to contact Sears itself. I have not been able to connect by phone with actual humans to discuss scheduling issues. It is all just the automated system.
