Do not use them! I had Gunner here to fix my oven and he ruined my kitchen flooring and covered it up with my rug and didnt say anything and left. Dents and scratches everywhere on new flooring. Terrible company!

If you call Sears you are going to talk to a person in a foreign land that knows so little English they schedule your appointment for the wrong date. Took off work for the appointment now I’m at a loss.

My dishwasher was supposed to be fixed on Monday 1/15. The tech called and said he would arrive between 2pm and 4pm. Well he never called or showed up. I had to waste my time for nothing and then had to reschedule
