Alex was very helpful and did a great job. He was able to get our Kenmore FL Washer to work in a few minutes and explained everything he did. The repair did not work and I had to hire another local appliance repair service to fix the original problem.

The techs Gunner & Eric, were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional.Samantha Ai was annoying calling 2x with the same message. Texts and email plentiful as well. Long process troubleshooting (10 visits with various parts delivered very timely,) I will only suggest people don't buy from big box stores

Tim did a good job, but he didn’t stay long enough because my dishwasher started leaking with in minutes of him leaving.
