Great technician,Gunner. The process was difficult to initially get help and get an accurate time. One day we were told there were two ahead of us until 6:45pm and nothing after. We kept waiting! Better lines of communications.

The technician was great, he did a good job and fixed my washer. I hated the website and customer service. I set up my appointment easily for a Wednesday between 8-5. I waited at home all day Wednesday just to get a text at 8pm that my appointment would be rescheduled for Thursday. I waited all day Thursday again. Received only a text at the end of the day rescheduling again for Friday. I called every number on the website and could never speak to a real person. Everything was AI and it was extremely frustrating. This company needs to work on their customer service, how are people with full time jobs supposed to constantly take days off of work for a no show.
