The service I received from the first phone call to the end of the service call for my riding mower was absolutely excellent. I received several text messages confirming the appointment, along with updates as to when the service man would be here. Randy, the technician even called to update the time he would be arriving. He took the time to explain the tasks performed and even gave me some tips for routine tasks and winter storage. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

The tech was very knowledgeable, way more than previous techs sent. Was able to identify the problem with 5-min and had it fixed over an hour later. The dishwasher was unbalanced, why didn’t the other2-techs figure this out!? The other techs need to take classes from Mike. Sears is lucky to have such a knowledgeable guy who takes the time to figure out the problem rather than just order multiple parts (guessing) and waste my time. I went without a dishwasher for over a month and it was simply unbalanced. Thank you Mike for taking the time to actually look at the problem and fix it! Much appreciated! He needs kudos!

Alex was very helpful and did a great job. He was able to get our Kenmore FL Washer to work in a few minutes and explained everything he did. The repair did not work and I had to hire another local appliance repair service to fix the original problem.
