Frank, the technician was prompt, and efficiently ordered a new gasket seal for my Samsung dishwasher, returned when the part arrived and easily installed it. He explained some of the functions and how to better care for my appliance. I am on a Home warranty service, so the part, and 2 visits was $125. Without the warranty it would have been $200. Still spendy considering how simple it was, but I guess that's the way it goes.

They came twice to diagnose my washer, for the warranty company. Didn’t fix due to no parts available but they handled the warranty company.

Problem resolved within 24 hours of calling Warranty company. Very alert and attentive service person. Providing a credit card number and paying was a shitshow.
