Frank, the technician was awesome, he knew his stuff. The company on the other hand has room for much improvement. Hire more people like Frank. Company needs to uphold their warranty in a timely manner. If data input is incorrect that should not inconvenience the client. Sorry but it will be a long time before I purchase from GE, Sears, or any other brand this conglomerate owns.

The technicians that worked on my GE PROFILE refrigerator were great. Both Cal & Shawn were very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and overall nice guys. The repair experience ended much better than it started. The entire process of getting the refrigerator repaired under warranty is a joke and needs to be revamped.
