The technician arrived on time removed the bad parts from the kitchen range. Tested the range out and put everything back the way it was prior to his arrival. We were very happy with his work.

Sean was a big help with explaining the limited warranty that was still available to me. Giving me the direction to contact LG is going to save me a lot of money. I was able to make one phone call to LG and they have setup everything for Sears to come back and repair my refrigerator under the warranty guidelines. All I will have to pay is the service charge. I am very thankful and pleased with Sean's guidance and advice to help save me a lot of money.
