Michael was excellent! He fixed our washing machine quickly, checked out our dryer and did it all quickly and very courteously. He gets 5 stars. One area for improvement would be in your pre-appointment procedures. I received no less than 11 text message reminders of my appointment. These text messages advised that my technician would contact me prior to his arrival to discuss my issues and confirm a time. He arrived unannounced. When I questioned him about promised text prior to arrival he said that on first appointments all he receives is an address, no phone numbers etc. I found all these texts annoying plus they served no useful purpose. Once again, hats off to Michael, great job!
