I will say that once David showed up he was very professional and knowledgeable. I do have a real problem with Sears in the handling of the scheduling. We had an appointment scheduled from 8A to 12P. The Tech did not arrive until 1:30P. If this is the way Sear does business I do not think I will ever use them again.

The service/repair guy provided excellent customer service. However, we were charged a trip charge for diagnosing what we already knew the issue was. The issue was a damaged gasket. I wish we could have had an estimate of the cost of labor to install before he even came to our house. This would have saved us the $135 for the diagnostic fee.

David is great. But he’s had to try to fix our refrigerator 3 times without the correct parts sent by Sears. We’ve been without a refrigerator for over 6 weeks. I told him to stop trying to fix it if they can’t give him the right parts. I just gave up just bought a new refrigerator. The same thing has happened with my dishwasher. Sears Home Warranty is worthless. Don’t buy it!

Do not do business with them. My refrigerator went down on Monday. They were supposed to come on Wed between 1 and 5. At 2 they texted and said they weren't able to come until Wed the 25th a week away from 1 until 5. My food is spoiled. I won't be able to save it. I was lucky to find someone else to come out Thursday morning. Sears refused to come out Thursday morning because they had other commitments to other customers. Even though I was waiting since Monday. Very unprofessional. I would give zero stars but then I would be unable to post. I am a widow on a limited income. This is devastating to me.
