Their whole call/ customer care center is AI driven. I tried to get a receipt for my service, but the AI agent said they can't provide one. No way to talk with a human agent. Better avoid places like these.

Never came but web site said they arived. Appt was 8am to 5pm. Furs T notice for 1:15 pm, then 3:20 then 5:31. Never showed up

Update: we were told the fridge would be fixed today 7/19/24 between 8am - noon. No call, no contact of any kind. No show. After a very frustrated call and 3 transfers we are told not all parts are in and not sure when they will be. First person had wrong address and phone number. Second person still wrong phone number and couldn't see anything. 3rd found parts order after putting me on hold a few times. Still no idea when fridge will be fixed. I guess they're hoping we give up and go buy a new one. Absolutely ridiculous. What good is the warranty if you can't get things done in a timely fashion? Ridiculous. Been without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. First appointment was 6/29/24- no show. Called appointment rescheduled for 7/2/24. Again, no show, no call, nothing. Called, was told appointment is today. Waited. No show. Called again, call dropped when rep went to connect to dispatch, but she saw the scheduled appointment. Nobody showed or Called. Called again...appointment rescheduled for 7/17/24. Really...over a month???? Asked why? No tech available for today's appointment. Asked why they didn't contact, she said they did. Absolute lie. Asked which number they are using...she gave the last 4 digits of a land line that's not been used in 10 years! We never gave the landlines when making the appointment. Don't know what to do. She said she was a supervisor and that nobody else was available. Stuck between a rock and a hard place. I wouldn't have given any stars but you can't post if you don't click on at least 1.

Sears refused to work on my dishwasher because a different company had worked on it prior to them. They gave me Home Depot‘s protection plan phone number, but when I called it, Home Depot said there has been so many visits that my account is flagged as suspicious so I can’t make a new claim. Totally stuck now thanks to Sears!

Lied to by Service Tech!! Order #41525498. Service: Gas Leak on LG Range. I discovered a gas leak under cook top of range, called LG, and they contracted this company. Tech arrived 2/13/24 showed him the leak at the manifold (cook top was off to locate leak). Tech stated needed to order parts and when came in would come back and repair. As pulls out driveway I receive his write up, “Gas Leak at Manifold, called LG, customer took range apart, cannot service, voids warranty”. Tech lied to my face, had no intent to repair! All I did was remove cook top to locate leak. Poor ethics and dishonest.
