Sharp, pleasant, well mannered young man who figured out the problem with our out of Warranty GE refrigerator and fixed it quick. And was only half the price of the clueless Angie’s list guy who we wasted our money on previously!

Great experience with the recent washing machine repair technician. He was polite , knowledge and friendly. This unit is 20 years old. Working again like new. Highly recommend the Sears Protect program over individual appliance warranty program as the repairs done outside of the Sears protect program have not been efficient for us in the past.
