The technician that completed the service was fantastic, calling when he was on his way, was courteous, knowledgeable, polite and concerned about protecting our dishwasher and flooring as he made the repairs. Sears scheduling was another story. Sears AI agent told us a technician would show on another day between 10 & 3 and never did. Even when I checked on the status I was told a technician was still coming, all the way until 8:00pm when I gave up. Very disappointed in Sears automated service and no way to reach a live CSR.

Good Technicians, poor arrival time information. I was given a 10:38am estimated time of arrival in the morning, then at noon it was updated to 1:50pm, but the technician didn't arrive until about 2:30pm. When they arrive, they were nice and efficient -

The technician did a good job and he came with a trainee. They came with two trucks. Neither truck had the switch on it that was needed to repair our range top. However, we had ordered the part in advance and thought it was the wrong one. We were going to return the part. But it turned out. The technician was able to use it. Thank goodness, we had ordered the part in advance

he was good once the parts came in. the company should probably stick with one tech per job though, they sent 2 different ones out and they both did the same things and instead of ordering parts on the second time they basically did 2 visits that were identical that yeiled the same results. had the guy who came the first time just been the smae guy. the whole time it may have gotten fixed faster. both guys were excellent, just stick with 1 person for follow through purposes.

The repair guy didn't know what was wrong. Didn't know how to take the ice maker apart so I did it for him, told him what it was doing, noises and what I thought was wrong. He had no clue. Looked up parts and said they were not available so couldn't fix it anyway. Was taking phone calls from coworkers while there. I should be paid instead of him.

Not very personable, the parts he had a hard time getting in so he was slamming his fist against the part to get it to fit (hopefully nothing is cracked) then when I went to dispose of the box (after he left) I found a plug in piece that looks like it goes to the part he replaced becauseit was taped inside the box and connectedto something else...hopefully it is not needed otherwise he'll be returning.
