The technician was very experienced and repairs done quickly. However, the process to get the right parts and service dates scheduled was a complete joke. Sears customer No service is incredibly inefficient. It would be nice to speak with someone in the USA.

Once the parts were available, the Service Technician was very professional and quickly removed the defective parts and installed the new components. The unit appears to be functioning properly now, but will take some time to cool down to the programmed temperature. The Technician left the area well policed and clean. Unfortunately, after over 24 hours the unit is still not cooling. Unsatisfactory!
