The technician did a good job and he came with a trainee. They came with two trucks. Neither truck had the switch on it that was needed to repair our range top. However, we had ordered the part in advance and thought it was the wrong one. We were going to return the part. But it turned out. The technician was able to use it. Thank goodness, we had ordered the part in advance
