he was good once the parts came in. the company should probably stick with one tech per job though, they sent 2 different ones out and they both did the same things and instead of ordering parts on the second time they basically did 2 visits that were identical that yeiled the same results. had the guy who came the first time just been the smae guy. the whole time it may have gotten fixed faster. both guys were excellent, just stick with 1 person for follow through purposes.

Not very personable, the parts he had a hard time getting in so he was slamming his fist against the part to get it to fit (hopefully nothing is cracked) then when I went to dispose of the box (after he left) I found a plug in piece that looks like it goes to the part he replaced becauseit was taped inside the box and connectedto something else...hopefully it is not needed otherwise he'll be returning.

John was an extremely personable man...unfortunately wires had been crossed and miscommunication was evident...to no fault of John's...we received a text on june 6 to remind us of our appointment on april 22...best buy decided to give us a new stove...we started receiving parts for the repair a week after that...gave John the parts to return to sender...

Not Friendly At All! Left our refrigerator without lights because he couldn't remember where all the light plugs were! Closed the door unfinished and left! VERY DISSATISFIED! This is the 4th time this technician has been to repair our ice maker in a refrigerator that's only 2 years old! WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS TECHNICIAN OR THIS COMPANY! I regret purchasing extending warranties on our appliances. They canceled this appointment 3 times we lost a days wages because they canceled the day OFthe appointment! This has been a Horrible Experience! After calling the company about the lost wages was promised a $300 voucher and have NOT received anything! WORST SERVICE EVER!

I was scheduled for service for my washing machine yesterday. I got 10 emails reminding me of the appointment ... YES 10! Yesterday at 7:42 a.m. I received my last "reminder" email "YOUR APPOINTMENT IS TODAY" AT 11:30 I contacted them to find out an approximate time the tech would be out. I was told it would be Monday! What a joke I better not be charged a service call for a no call no show. I'm sure they won't come Monday either. HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE!! NEEDS A O STAR RATING.

The Technician is good, when he shows up. The company requires you to stay home all day as there is an 8 hour window for the technician to arrive. Last time, after waiting 2 months he didn’t even show up and my appt was auto rescheduled for a month later without as much as a phone call to explain why. My Refrigerator is a lemon. They’ve replaced the freezer door twice and every other part related to the ice maker. It’s a bad design. Sears sent me 3 freezer doors this time which I had to store while waiting for repairs. Do you know how big a freezer door box is?? The new freezer door is installed now but I am doubtful that the ice maker will continue to work beyond 3 weeks. He hauled the other boxes away but we have to dispose of the old freezer door which is not a big deal. I’ve found calling and complaining about their slow unreliable service doesn’t do any good. This is the worst warranty service around. My older Sears appliances work great but this refrigerator has been a problem since day 1. I need a replacement but they just ignore me when I ask. I will not be a repeat customer of Sears. Michael my technician said he thinks I need a new refrigerator too but that’s probably not going to happen. He also said there was a problem on his end seeing if/when the parts had arrived and didn’t seem to know who the technician was that didn’t show up in February but he said they spoke to my husband but that was a lie. They only have my phone number and my husband confirmed that he never received a call. It’s unfortunate that we had to wait 3 months for repairs and I’m still not certain it’s fixed. No ice yet!! I’m probably going to sell this fridge soon and buy something local (not Sears) with a better warranty repair plan.
