John was an extremely personable man...unfortunately wires had been crossed and miscommunication was evident...to no fault of John's...we received a text on june 6 to remind us of our appointment on april 22...best buy decided to give us a new stove...we started receiving parts for the repair a week after that...gave John the parts to return to sender...

You charged me $651.49 for a tech to come out and put in two dryer parts priced at under $20. Does this seem fair to you? Total rip off and I’ll never use you again. The techs were the nicest part of doing business with you. Interesting as there is no way to actually talk with Customer Service. I’ve tried 6 different numbers and get the same recording. DONT USE SEARS HOME REPAIR. There are many posted complaints!

Came to fix my refrigerator in May they needed to order parts. Paid 700$ for the parts. They came a couple days later no problem. We are now in August and they keep rescheduling my appointment for install. I have been without a refrigerator for Months!!! Only can talk to their ai robot. If I would have known this I would have bought a new refrigerator. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Look reset again!!! What a joke!!!

Not Friendly At All! Left our refrigerator without lights because he couldn't remember where all the light plugs were! Closed the door unfinished and left! VERY DISSATISFIED! This is the 4th time this technician has been to repair our ice maker in a refrigerator that's only 2 years old! WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS TECHNICIAN OR THIS COMPANY! I regret purchasing extending warranties on our appliances. They canceled this appointment 3 times we lost a days wages because they canceled the day OFthe appointment! This has been a Horrible Experience! After calling the company about the lost wages was promised a $300 voucher and have NOT received anything! WORST SERVICE EVER!
