Pete, the service tech was great but Sears service is certainly less. I started my claim on October 26th as my produce and liquids were being frozen. I made appointments and would get a confirmation and then I would get a message “your appointment has been cancelled per your request”. This happened twice. I finally got my service on December 19th. Apparently someone dropped the ball and did not order the parts. I finally received the parts, which was weird also. Anyway, I finally got my refrigerator fixed after almost 2 months.
