The technician was very helpful and walked me through the oven calibration. Wanted to have Sears come out to double check my oven just in case I was wrong about the oven. Kind of verifying the operation of my oven.

Washer quit on August 8. A repairman attempted a repair but needed parts which were shipped directly to us on August 16-20. The repair was completed September 23 in good order.
