Pete diagnosed the problem quickly, but he couldn't get parts and neither could we, the GE OVENS WE BOUGHT JUST 4 YEARS AGO ARE OBSOLETE AND NO PARTS AVAILABLE

Considering the repair man thought his appt. was to appraise refrig. for replacement, not replace a part he did not know was delivered here to replace to begin with, he was polite, professional and just what we were needing to repair the issue...Thanks for a job well done!
