The service could not be completed because parts are not available. I was told my dishwasher would be replaced but I have not heard further from the Sears service people. Waiting.......

I was told I would get a message that morning to update the time. I never did and his time was between 1-5. He called after five to say he was coming. I was glad he came because I fid not want to spend another day waiting. He did fix I hope. It is just now running.

Took 2 visits and 3 parts but dishwasher couldn’t be repaired. Now I have to wait for the warranty company to replace it. The delay is not what I’d hoped for.

Overall he was fine, but after cleaning and maintaining our washer and dryer, I would think they'd wipe it down so that it actually looked as though it had been cleaned, which was not done. I cleaned it up myself. I would just assume this to be part of what we are paying for.

We were told our appointment was between 8am and 5pm and I stayed home all day and finally received a text that they were coming at 5:53pm. I stayed home all day for this and was extremely frustrated with the process.

I'm giving my experience a 2 star rating because I'm not happy with the repair service or with the repair person. I had to wait 3 extra days than promised to have a dryer part installed and the repair person left dryer lint on the laundry room floor and didn't say a word about it. He just took lint out of the dryer andqa waa threw it on the floor. There was a waste paper basket and a broom/dust pan right there in the same room. I should have taken photos but I didn't realize I would have an opportunity to review their service.

We waited two weeks for the appointment which is ok. However, day of appointment you cancel via your computer system and reschedule for two weeks later with no explanation. A family of 5 without a washer for a month is unacceptable. Your technician had nothing to do with this problem. Do not punish him because your system is inept.

Repair man did an excellent job. But it took 3 wks for the repair because I was told there was a technical error. Was not told the repairman was not coming to repair. Took 3 wks to get my refrigerator repaired. Not happy with the warranty company!
