Excellent service and communication. Rocky also took care of the dryer clean/maintenance in addition to the washer. He communicated w Robert (assigned dryer technician) that he could take care of both. Also provided me instructions on best method to keep the front load washer free of odor using a specific cycle. Highly recommend this service as I’ve been using Sears contracted maintenance annually for many years.
