Disappointed that the SEARS scheduler didn't ask us what type of washer we had or if it was a stackable. When the technician got here, to diagnose our washer issue he said he couldn't fix due to needing another person to help unstack the dryer to fix the washer. So, we paid $140 for him to tell us he could not work on our unit. The scheduler should have asked us if washer and dryer where stacked so they could have sent two techs. Using another company to fix it.

This was a brutal and awful experience. 8 weeks to repair a refrigerator. The company forgot about us and it took many long and beligerent calls to get action. Our actual technician, Greg, was great.

Your service AI system is a joke btw...probably not going to use A&E again because your followup and appointment system is garbage. And the canned response to all 1 star reviews says it all.
