Wasn't hard handed with things, kept at it carefully until it could be figured out and removed/replaced. Didn't seem to mind my questions and hovering, lol.

Our technician was great. Very personable and friendly. He explained all that he was doing and lucky for us, he had the repair parts in his truck so we didn't have to wait for parts and have another appointment.
