After tech left I tried to run a complete cycle and it beeped and had TFD code. I looked it up on line and it suggested turning if the power for a couple minutes. I did this and it seemed to work. I just think that the tech should have made sure everything was okay before leaving.

Friendly enough. But should have actually pulled dishwasher out from the wall to find the problem. Problem not solved or discovered by the tech and that’s what I thought I was paying for.

You cant talk to a real person everything is AI now. The 'time frame' you have to be available is 8am to 5pm. But the technician doesn't notify you if they are on the way so you cant leave the house or do anything other than wait by the door all day because you don't want to possibly miss them. My apt was canceled right at the end of the day & rescheduled for the next day. Still no show the second day. I can't sit at home 8-5 multiple days in a row waiting for santa clause to show up if a technician actually exists. A shorter timeframe would be great or a notification from the technician that they are on the way. Any communication would be better. I'm just going to buy a new appliance if I can't find another company to do the repair.
