Friendly enough. But should have actually pulled dishwasher out from the wall to find the problem. Problem not solved or discovered by the tech and thatโ€™s what I thought I was paying for.

The sears technician never showed up. He filled out and signed the paperwork himself, making it look like the job was completed.

Dishwasher went out. Set an appointment, got a response the next day saying they weren't available. Rescheduled for today. Same thing. Can't talk to a real person, I think this is Fraud! If they say the technician is available twice in a row and twice they then say they are not, that is poor business practice! I see that I am not the only person who has had this experience! Sears is so automated now you cannot even speak to a real person about this! Stay AWAY!!!
