First time I scheduled they said estimate time was around 3 pm then they sent a message that they weren’t going to make it. So we rescheduled for the second time and they said no one was home. When we missed work to wait for an estimate time between 8-5 pm. We decided to schedule one more time which was today. Again they said knock, knock no one was home? I miss work to wait around for the technician to arrive. Schedule if you want to waste your time waiting around. It’s pointless to buy warranties! I want to talk to a real person when I call back not an AI.

On 10-21 I requested a repair for my washing machine through an extended warranty. On 10-23 Harley arrived and diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. It arrived the next day. Between 10-21 and 11-18 there were six rescheduled visits. Harley finally showed up on 11-18 and discovered we were sent the incorrect door boot part. He reordered the part and we received another door boot. Again it was the incorrect part. I had another repair visit scheduled For 11-25. Again nobody showed up I did call the phone number Harley gave me on three occasions. It went to voice mail and I never received a return call. AFTER ONE MONTH I STILL DO NOT HAVE A REPAIRED WASHING MACHINE. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I tried to call the Sears repair company and was unable to talk with a real person. Only an AI Computer. This sucks

Horrible. Got a message that "Harley" would be at my house at 9:35am so i took time off of work to be available and they never showed. Never updated the online system. Never told me they weren't coming and there is no way to talk to anyone to figure out what's going on. Most frustrating experience I've ever had.

Horrible experience. First appointment canceled 30 minutes before end of window. Second appointment, the tech showed up and did absolutely nothing. Told me to let my fridge thaw and it would be fixed. Didn’t work. Sears sent me a new fan for my fridge, it was the wrong part. Third appointment the tech called and said he was on his way then i got a message saying he came to my house but no one was home (not true, he never came). Forth appointment git canceled by sears. Eventually i ordered the part and fixed it myself. What a joke. Horrible customer service.

Joel was great but the system that is being used for parts and phone service is the worst I have had in 60 years!!!! The part doesn’t fit so it can’t be repaired and it’s 2 months since the compressor went out! This part was under warranty so how do I get credit for something that can’t be replaced????? They are making a “universal “ part now which doesn’t fit in my fridge! I am very disappointed with the quality of the products and service of parts!

Dishwasher went out. Set an appointment, got a response the next day saying they weren't available. Rescheduled for today. Same thing. Can't talk to a real person, I think this is Fraud! If they say the technician is available twice in a row and twice they then say they are not, that is poor business practice! I see that I am not the only person who has had this experience! Sears is so automated now you cannot even speak to a real person about this! Stay AWAY!!!
