James was excellent, the software/AI processes need work
James the technician was excellent and found a problem for which I hadn't even reported symptoms. The website should not prompt for proof of identity when I'm already logged in. And I absolutely despise the AI calls. Also there were conflicting notifications about arrival time, one saying it would be early and the other saying late.

Refrigerator assessment
Nobel was professional and honest in his diagnosis of our refrigerator malfunction. He gave us good suggestions on replacements of our refrigerator. Also appreciated that he was not pushy when we declined the Sears warranty program.

Informative and Helpful
Patrick was great. I have a less than common stove, but he was able to come, work with the product support folks, find the issue, and get a part ordered. He clearly laid out the next steps for getting to a resolution and made sure I had no concerns along the way. Very friendly and professional.
