Scott was great. He was able to quickly evaluate the issue and walked me through the pros and cons of repairing my aging dishwasher vs buying a new one. As a repair technician in a different industry I could tell that Scott was highly knowledgeable in his field and he gave me invaluable advice about not only my dishwasher but my other appliances as well. I will be reaching out again the next time I need appliance help.
