Scott persisted until he found the solution. I appreciated the text reminders and how quickly they were able to schedule an appointment. I would recommend Sears for appliance repair.

I was told by e Mail that somebody would be here between 8 and 5 I was here all day and in fact cancelled a dentist appointment so l could be here. I was delighted for the quick service however I left at 520 because a had a previous commitment. I did call at 340 to make sure that Indeed somebody was coming and was told that I would receive a call by 400 that they were coming,which of course did not Ihpen. I certainly want to reschedule assoon as possible. Thank s.

My repair man was pleasant and knowledgeable; however, this is my last time using Sears which does not even have a central office. It was Hell for me to finally work my way through the many options to reach a live person. I spent over an hour and one half to finally talk with someone who was not even assigned to customer service (there is none.) I am 81, and was disgusted. From now on, I will engage another entity to service my appliances; I am so done with Sears.
