Tech was fast. Love having updates on tech arrival time. Fixed our oven really fast. Hope he gets help, it’s hard being the only tech having so many calls in one day. I was afraid our appt would have to get rescheduled for a second time.

Arrival was a bit later than expected but service was great.

The repairman was great. 5 stars for Tom. But he was only here for 15 minutes but the labor cost was $397.00. Or $26.50 per minute. I would advise people the service is great but the labor cost is extreme.
