Sears scheduling did a very poor job. I change the date of the appointment and they never change it in the system.

This saga begins 2 years ago when i bought an LG Fridge. Well LG fridges suck, dont buy LG products, they are trash. My initial thought was to get the fridge repaired. I then learne dall about LG and how these fridges are awful. Only Sears A and E would touch this thing. Sears then charges me $150 just to come out, understandable. You would think that having provided my fridges info they would come with parts. No they didnt. The repairman they sent came in. Looked at the fridge and said the compressor is dead and i need a new one. No tools, no measurements, the guy sidnt even look at the compressor. The repairman says itll be +$1200 and he will need to order parts. I give him a check and he leaves. A month later and 2 cancelled repair appointments due to not having parts some things begin to arrive. At this point I haven't had a fridge in 6 months. Ive had it. I just want my money back so I can buy a new fridge. Sears demands i ship back the parts. Sure, I send them and refuse shipment on the last part. Months go by, I call again. They claim they never got them. I hunt down and email them the reciepts. Silence. Months go by. I cant get them on the phone, i cant get replies. At this point ipl probably have to go to small claims court to ever see me money again. Sears A&E is a scam. They sold me on a repair rhat from I hear wouldn't last. Dragged ass for months about doing it and have now stolen my money. These people are predatory. Do not trust them and call a local repairman.
