Our dryer is still not working, and the repair technician can't figure out what's wrong with it. Since we've been drying to use our extended warrant with no positive results since March 30th, I believe it is time for Sears to cover the expense of a replacement.

I got a text at 12:40 saying the tech was on their way, at 2:45 I got another text asking me to rate the technician as they had finished and left. NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP!!! So how do yo rate a tech that hasn’t been here today!!!

Repair man was lovely and easily found the sock in the filter that was blocking draining HOWEVER the Filter was not reinserted correctly...they may have wrecked the gasket... and now it is leaking. they cannot send anyone to fix it for another week!
