Tom is impressive. Took the time to listen and then did a check on the heating gauge accuracy. He cleaned the vent and motor. He provided helpful information for replacing the filter screen with the correct part number. We have used A&E and Sears appliance repair and servicing for 20 years and have never had an issue.
