I received great service and the warranty plan saved me a lot of money. I wish the app gave you a better time range for service though. I like that they tell you they are on their way but expecting people to block out the whole day, from 7am to 4pm, is a bit much

Tom was great but the first 2 times he visited our house he couldn't work on my dryer because he had a work order for the washer. This is not my fault. Clearly the dryer and washer had erroneous and backwards serial numbers listed. The third time he came, the timing listed in my text was NOT the time he came and no one was home, so he almost left. I will never buy another lowe's appliance based on the several hours of wasted time dealing with my insurance policy caused.
